HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT FAST ?!?

Hi :) im 12 , and im a boy . i hate my body , i was thin when i was younger like 7 or 6 , but i started gaining weight . im not " FAT " , when im wearing T-shirts it seams im totally thin , but when i remove my T-shirt , i have .... man boobs :( and , i have a flabby stomach . sometimes when i straighten my back while wearing a TSHIRT my man boobs show , but usually i seem thin . i cnt go to pools with my friends , beaches in summer , please help me :'( , i have a girl i like , when she saw my manboobs she said gross and ran away , now shes my girl friend , shes nice , but she said that cuz shes a thin freak :P . she kept appologizing , anyways , i still feel she doesnt like that im kinda fat , so please help me , im starting to loose weight cuz i train kickboxing now , doing good too , but i need to speed it up , please giimmie some tips , ty :)

Here are somethings that i do

1. Drink a can of pepsi a day , and sometimes i dont , but never two a day .

2. i eat rice with meat , i cant chew meat without rice or somesort of carbohydrates .


3. i dnt run :( but as i said before, i have kickboxing training 3 times a week


4. i sit and play world of warcraft for a long time , my dad said it makes me fatter cuz i sit all day without moving.

I've always been a fan, and especially this year I have been impressed with everything he is doing.
Last night's performance was terrific, but he's been solid all year.
His numbers are on a career pace, he has no fumbles, and as always he seems to just be going with the flow and not making waves.

Hello!
Okay so I'm not sure if these are two separate movies or if they are the same. But jackie plays the role of a "dish" boy, so-to-say, and works at this martial arts school where he watches his comrades learn how to fight. But he himself is still stuck there and has to put up with his bullying. Then he meets this old guy or master or something and is trained. I vaguely remember any of this but the training included a book, once the master left/died (or something lol sorry), and movements and stuff that he has to master.
And then he shows off in the school.

Sorry that was all I could remember, and its pretty vague on top of that its late and I am tired.

My toy poodle who is 4 months was toilet trained at 3 months and she was going really well. But suddenly, these last few days, she ahs been peeing and pooing in the house again. In single play camping > after i finish the training, i go into the next misson... on loading screen it freezes up and then am forced to restart my laptop. i have tried like 5 times but the same issue comes.. please help - i bought the game from steam for $60... what a waste.

and i mean in a healthy way. i was thinking of doing an orange and some yogurt in the morning, with a turkey sandwhich and a banana and apple for lunch, and then a normal dinner( main course with a veggie side). right now im 270 lbs and im lookin to be about 230.
