My dream ball, (Magic 8 Ball) advised that she would hook up with me when I reached level two. I just received and email stating congratulations from Yahoo. Should I feel bad that she is married to another? I'm torn, should I leave my wife and seven kids to be with her? Should I abandon my southern roots to move in with her? I'm really going to miss my dogs and junk cars along with my ole good old boys drinking buddies. I feel like I have struck it rich or won the lottery. Should I leave without a formal invite, and just show up at her front door?

I have been searching for a loan but have been turned down because of bad poor credit history. everyone deserves a second chance, but when you are declined, what can you do? I got a car, to reestablished my credit, it is financed through a finance company, i have no late payments, no missed payments, and i have had car going on three years now, without late payments and missed payments, and i was told that would reestablish my credit. I have succeeded in that area, and i am very proud of that, however when applying for a loan, i am declined or denied, only type of loans is offered to me is cash advances, i am seeking a loan that allows me to make monthly payments with low interest rates, long term loans, but i have had no luck. I do not understand why there is no loans to help you, or give you a chance, this is not fair and unjust.

Can I get a rush on restitution payments?

My car was broken into. Luckily, they caught the guy and he was ordered to pay me $1600 in Restitution, BUT he also got 2 years in State Prison. I am a resident of Oregon, but the crime was committed in California and that's where he was sentenced. The Victim services told me that unless he gets a job in Prison then I won't get payments until he gets out. Is there any way to get my money from the state? Or some other way? I know there is a good chance that once he gets out of jail he will "disappear" again and I may never see my money. I am just wondering if there is a way to get the money. Thanks guys.

My car squeals when changing from 1st - 2nd gear and now persisiting to 3rd.?

BMW car, started squealing when warmed up and moving into 1st gear. It continued to squeal on the move from 1st to 2nd. 2nd to 3rd it silence. This morning with the rain it continued squealing on all changes up to 4th gear. Depressed the clutch and coasting reduced the noise. Only when starting from stationary again did it eventually stop squealling. As I drive in city traffic gear changes are commone place. Any suggestions on how easy this is to fix and what the costing would be if I have to get a mechanic? Much obliged for information.

I recently was rear ended and I didn't get a police report bc it was minor damage, I got damages appraised and they made it sound like I would get my check no prob. But they called a week layer saying the damages were "inconsistent with his car!" The guy admits to hitting me but denies the damages r from him(my vehicle is 5 months old and not a prior scratch to it) Is their anyway to get all state to pay?
