Google Buell OEM parts, and then take your pick! There are lots of sources, and you can order any Buell parts you want from your local H-D dealer. By law, parts have to be available for 7 years from the date that Buell ceased operations.
How did you damage 2nd gear? I have two 2003 XB9S Lightnings (one street, one track) and the transmissions have never given me problems. The only time I have needed parts was to deal with crash damage from track use.
