Answer #1:

You can check with the police to make sure it hasn't been reported stolen. Make sure the name and address on the title match the person you're buying it from. Carfax is for accidents not for stolen vehicle reports anyway.

First see if the seller has a title to the bike..no title.. most likely stolen

Get the VIN# off the bike, go to police, they can tell you if it is stolen....

Never buy any vehicle that does not have a title.....
